DETOX, CLEANSE & RESTORE

A semi-annual detox, reset, and reflection of your body, mind, & soul. There are certainly hundreds of different detox strategies out there, but we keep it simple. This cleanse is designed to augment the detoxification that our body will naturally do for itself when given the right tools, straight from nature. We add in additional strategies and rituals that work synergistically to boost these detox superpowers, from ancient ayurvedic practices to mindset, self-care, and diet.

DAILY HEALTHY HABITS

Daily habits influence how we feel. In this challenge we will be following the healthy habits outlined by Dr. David K. Hill at the doTERRA “You” Convention. During his presentation, he gave his own personal example of what a daily routine using essential oils and supplements can look like. The challenge includes a variety of products and processes recommended we should be using on a daily basis to promote overall health and wellness to feel better on a daily basis..

EMOTIONS & RELATIONSHIPS

Managing our emotions can be a daily or minute-to-minute task. Take a week to focus on "emotions, oils and relationships" as we utilize the Emotional Aromatherapy Oils: Cheer, Peace, Motivate, Console, Forgive and Passion, along with our Healing Hands Project doTerra Hope Blend. As we journal using prompts to dig deeper into our emotions, we learn a lot about ourselves and how we act towards others. Each day provides uses and applications, as well as a challenge to complete..

NON-TOXIC CLEANING

Perhaps you like the idea of making your own cleaning products, but when it comes down to it, you haven’t tried it out yet. If you’re in this boat, the following challenge is for you. Take it one step at a time, and see how useful essential oils can be for cleaning all the areas of your home. Simple swaps for your everyday cleaning and spring deep dive in that we do as a group. And feel good knowing you're going toxin free.
