Are you intentionally taking care of your wellness?


Wellness refers to a state of being in good health, both physically and mentally. I would say it involves maintaining a balance between various aspects of life, such as work, relationships, diet, exercise, and stress management.


The truth is, wellness is not simply the absence of illness or disease, but rather a proactive and intentional approach to overall health and well-being. It involves making positive choices and taking steps to improve one's quality of life, both in the short and long term.


Some examples of activities that contribute to wellness include regular exercise, eating a balanced and nutritious diet, getting enough sleep, managing stress, practicing self-care, seeking medical care when needed, and engaging in meaningful social connections.
